We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join Voyage Care Ltd, a leading provider of care services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our service users.

About the Role

This role involves supporting individuals with various needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and encourage community involvement.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to providing person-centred care. A full UK driving license and relevant experience working with vulnerable adults are also essential.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to providing person-centred care
