Salary Information
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you can expect hourly rates ranging from £13.00ph to £13.80ph, depending on your location and experience. You will also receive 30p mileage allowance and £11.44ph for travel time. Additionally, you'll enjoy enhanced rates on Bank holidays, 28 days' holiday pro rata, and full training induction and ongoing support.

Job Description
We're seeking compassionate and patient individuals who can provide personal care assistance, promote customer independence and wellbeing, and engage in activities that bring joy to our customers. This may include accompanying them on outings, such as visits to the beach or local park, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and conversation together.
