Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading the Support Worker team during shifts, ensuring that new staff are properly inducted, and supporting people with daily activities such as personal care and medication management.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, model good practice within the team to maintain a high-quality service, and develop strong relationships with service users and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 29 days' paid holiday and additional benefits.
