Senior Support Worker in Adult Social Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in supporting adults with learning disabilities across England.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals, enhancing their daily living skills and promoting independence. You will work closely with the management team to supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring new staff are properly inducted and that compliance and organization policies are adhered to.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive total reward package, including 29 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days.
About the Role:
- Support Work experience, ideally within a Learning Disability setting
- Flexible, patient, and non-judgmental approach
- Able to complete physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
- Computer literacy, including document production and email usage (advantageous)
