**Job Description:**
**About the Role**We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives.
The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, be passionate about delivering high-quality care, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our management team to supervise support workers, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support to our service users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Supervise support workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and record medication, manage finances, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
A comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with service.
