About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Dover. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Salary: £12.94 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have experience of working with vulnerable adults and be able to promote their independence and well-being.
