About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Voyage Care Ltd as a Senior Support Worker in Dover. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work flexibly within a rota-based system. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to service users
  • Work effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.47ph
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 4 weeks' worth of earned wages
