Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education for children. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and development of our young pupils.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team to make a positive impact on the lives of our children.

The starting salary for this role is £54,500 per annum, with an additional £1,500 on-call allowance. There is also potential to earn an Outstanding Ofsted bonus of £2,500.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Childcare Professional. You will be responsible for managing a team of childcare professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a starting salary of £54,500 per annum, plus £1,500 on-call allowance. We also offer a loyalty scheme, which rewards employees with extra annual leave following two years of service.
