Job Overview

Recruit 2 Success is seeking a highly skilled Registered Children's Manager to lead our childcare services in the Dover Area.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team to provide high-quality childcare services.

We offer a competitive salary package including £54,500 per annum, plus an additional £1,500 on-call allowance and potential to earn an Outstanding Ofsted bonus of £2,500.
