Senior Children's Programme Manager

Job Description:
This role is for a dedicated and experienced Children's Manager to lead our children's services team at Recruit 2 Success. As the Senior Children's Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our programmes and services to meet the needs of children and young people.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who has experience in managing teams and leading projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the children's services team to deliver high-quality programmes and services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance to identify areas for improvement
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £54,500 per annum, plus an additional £1,500 on-call allowance. You will also have the opportunity to earn an Outstanding Ofsted bonus of up to £2,500. Our permanent, full-time position comes with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 28 days paid annual leave entitlement, and 8 Bank Holidays. Additionally, you will receive a loyalty scheme that rewards you with extra annual leave following two years of service.
