About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Childrens Home Manager to lead our team of staff in providing high-quality care to Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking (UAS) children. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Ofsted regulation and be able to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional care.

As a Childrens Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that the care needs of UAS children are met and that staff are supported to develop their skills and knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kent County Councils Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Childrens Service, which provides accommodation and support to newly arrived unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in Kent. Our service is led by social work practice with UAS children, which Ofsted recognises as Outstanding.
