About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Children's Manager to join our team. As the Youth Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing our programmes and services to meet the needs of children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop programmes and services to meet the needs of children and young people
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance to identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
What We Offer:

Our permanent, full-time position comes with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 28 days paid annual leave entitlement, and 8 Bank Holidays.
