Care Sector Leader

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Sector Leader to lead our residential service in Folkestone. The successful candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
The role involves managing the day-to-day running of the service(s), developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
We offer a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth and development. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role, a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism and moderate learning disabilities.
