Job Title: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate looking to make a positive impact on students' learning and development, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role

As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to promote student well-being and contribute to the development of teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and psychology principles
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
