Family Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching skills, with the ability to work positively with children and parents who may be facing mental health or substance misuse challenges. You will provide regular supervision, team meetings, and support from other team members, ensuring that families receive comprehensive care.
This is a full-time position with flexible schedules up to 40 hours/week, offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. A valid driver's license, Motor Vehicle background check, and reliable vehicle with auto insurance meeting agency standards are required.
- Flexible schedule with nights and possible weekend visits
- Transportation of children is required
- Able to sit, stand, climb stairs, and follow young children
