We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Austin Fraser's SEN School in Dover. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Early Identification: Identify speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage, providing targeted support to children with special educational needs.
  • Individualised Support: Develop tailored strategies to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs, promoting effective learning outcomes.
  • Family Engagement: Collaborate with families to offer advice and strategies that support children's progress at home, fostering a collaborative approach.
  • Staff Support: Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective speech, language, and communication interventions, ensuring seamless support for children.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary package with weekly pay, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND is preferred, but not essential.
