Lead Nurse for Community Blood Tests

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Service Delivery Specialist to lead our community blood tests team in Dover. As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of quality care, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and targets.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers, observe and learn the entire site process, and build confidence in delivery. Opportunities for supernumerary support and ongoing full-time/part-time shifts make this role attractive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers.
- Ensure day-to-day delivery of quality care, meeting clinical governance and compliance targets.
- Supernumerary role, providing additional support for HSW breaks.
- Service Delivery Lead experience is desirable but not required.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Our Benefits:
