About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Nurse Specialist to lead our nursing team in community mental health. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced nurse leader to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.

Job Summary

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, leading a team of nurses who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, working closely with other senior colleagues to drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other senior colleagues to drive excellence in patient care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses in community mental health

Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
