Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse Specialist to lead our nursing team in community mental health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses in community mental health
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with other senior colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations

Negotiable Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
