Advanced Nurse Practitioner Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a nurse leader in mental health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services and driving excellence in patient care.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse Specialist to lead our nursing team in community mental health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses, working closely with other senior colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. This includes workforce planning, clinical governance, and collaborative working with partner agencies.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses in community mental health
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes
- Work closely with other senior colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Promising Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
