We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a leader in the field of dental nursing, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead a team of dental nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage CQC audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate staff rotas and optimize workflow
- Update patient records and maintain accurate data
- Develop and implement effective decontamination procedures
- Collaborate with dentists to provide exceptional patient care
Estimated Annual Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Requirements- Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental nurse
- Leadership experience in a dental setting
