Evidence-Based Nursing Executive
We are seeking an exceptional Evidence-Based Nursing Executive to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in implementing evidence-based nursing practices across the enterprise.

About the Role:
This position involves providing direction for Nursing Professional Development teams to support and educate caregivers to further the goals of evidence-based practice at Intermountain. You will also be responsible for partnering with the enterprise nursing professional development and practice excellence team to organize regional and enterprise nursing practice conferences, workshops, and/or meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction for Nursing Professional Development teams.
  • Mentor and coach for IRB submission, abstract writing, and the creation of posters, presentations, and publications.
  • Empower continuous improvement of nursing practice utilizing Intermountain's operating model and Nursing structure.
  • Act as a champion for implementation of evidence-based practice at Intermountain.
  • Collaborate with the Intermountain Healthcare Delivery Institute to promote Clinical Best Practice Implementation (cBPI).

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in nursing and five years of clinical nursing experience, including three years in one or more of the following areas: nursing professional development, nursing research, clinical management, education, project management, quality initiatives, or compliance. Experience in a role requiring medical writing, education, team facilitation, team development, and project leadership and management is also required.

Salary:
The hourly range for this position is $53-$75 per hour, depending on experience.
