Clinical Quality Improvement Leader
Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in implementing evidence-based nursing practices and improving patient outcomes across the enterprise.

About the Role:
This position involves spearheading the Nursing Research Fellowship program, mentoring and coaching for IRB submission, abstract writing, and the creation of posters, presentations, and publications. You will also partner with the enterprise nursing professional development and practice excellence team to organize regional and enterprise nursing practice conferences, workshops, and/or meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the Nursing Research Fellowship program.
  • Mentor and coach for IRB submission, abstract writing, and the creation of posters, presentations, and publications.
  • Direct Nursing Professional Development teams to support and educate caregivers.
  • Empower continuous improvement of nursing practice utilizing Intermountain's operating model and Nursing structure.
  • Collaborate with the Intermountain Healthcare Delivery Institute to promote Clinical Best Practice Implementation (cBPI).

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in nursing and five years of clinical nursing experience, including three years in one or more of the following areas: nursing professional development, nursing research, clinical management, education, project management, quality initiatives, or compliance. Additionally, experience in a role requiring medical writing, education, team facilitation, team development, and project leadership and management is required.
