**About the Role:**

This Clinical Supervisor position at Intermountain Healthcare offers a unique opportunity to lead and direct complex projects that drive innovation, clinical excellence, and improved patient care. **Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables using evidence-based practice and methodologies.
  • Coordinate internal resources to gain consensus, develop solutions, and inform objectives and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated professional healthcare experience or equivalent in a clinical setting.
  • Strong data management, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing organizational projects, leading teams, and improving processes.

**Salary:** $50.22 - $77.53 per hour. We offer a generous benefits package to support your well-being and career growth.

**Location:** Murray, Utah. This is a home-based position with occasional travel required.
