About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Centre Lead Clinician to join our team at The Duke of York's Royal Military School. As a leader in healthcare, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement healthcare policies, manage resources, and promote the well-being of students, staff, and the wider school community.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, staff, and external partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, developing and implementing healthcare policies, and managing resources efficiently.

A competitive salary of £**£45,000 - £60,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits including **term time + 4 weeks, Permanent Contract (includes 4 weeks of holiday working)**, make this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career in healthcare.

Required skills and qualifications include a Registered General Nurse qualification with live NMC registration, experience of performance appraisal and supervision, Specialist Community Public Health (SCPHN) qualification, and experience of working in an emergency environment (Urgent treatment Centre/A&E department). Experience of working with young people and evidence/understanding of wellbeing/mental health needs of young people are also essential.
