We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supervising a team of dental nurses.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in leading a team and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that all patients receive excellent treatment.
  • Supervising and supporting a team of dental nurses to achieve high standards of care.
  • Managing the daily operations of the practice, including staff rotas and audit management.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in dental nursing, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Experience in managing staff and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with dentists and other healthcare professionals.
