About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Invicta Health CIC. As a key member of the community mental health transformation model, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with varying mental health needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a multi-agency offer that brings all services and agencies supporting people with mental health needs closer together. You will work collaboratively with various teams and services to provide support and treatment to service users, ensuring they receive the right care without repeatedly telling their story.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver stepped care by delivering a range of evidence-based interventions promoting recovery, social inclusion, and normalization for service users.
  • Work in partnership with the MDT, CRHT, Acute Inpatients Services, other community teams, Primary Care, and the Voluntary Sector to provide support and treatment to service users.
  • Facilitate the safe management of service users' needs within a range of community settings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or registered Occupational Therapist (holding diploma or degree qualification).

Salary: £37,388 per annum, depending on experience.
