Senior Mental Health Outreach Manager
At Charlie Health, we're on a mission to connect individuals with life-saving mental health treatment. As our Senior Mental Health Outreach Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by developing and operationalizing our GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
Your primary responsibility will be to create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets. This involves traveling locally to meet with potential partners, energizing and advising senior corporate personnel, and persuading them to join our cause.
In addition to building strong relationships, you'll design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels. This may involve attending educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events to stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in working with or selling to healthcare organizations. You should be able to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as well as possess excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time exempt employees, including a target total cash compensation range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 and a target performance-based bonus.
