Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to an adult with complex care needs in their own home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community, and possess a clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client.
  • Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an adult with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding.
  • Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include choice of day, night and weekend shifts, flexible or permanent contract options, and a range of wellbeing support including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions.
