We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Customer Success Executive to join our team at Airship Services Ltd.

The Role:

As a Junior Customer Success Executive, you will support both our team and customers to utilize our products effectively. This includes creating marketing emails, onboarding new customers, and resolving daily queries. You will learn the world of Hospitality marketing and use this knowledge to provide better support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional results for customers
  • Creating marketing emails based on provided information
  • Assisting customers with product setup and resolving day-to-day queries
  • Learning Hospitality marketing principles and applying them to enhance customer support
