Your role as Customer Experience Coordinator is crucial to achieving our brand standards and ensuring every guest has a great experience and returns to us.
- Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing additional information to enhance their experience.
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and tidy guest areas.
- Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Process sales, provide receipts, and deliver food.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries.
