• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client events
• Manage vendor relationships to achieve optimal results and minimize costs
• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and equipment setup for client events
• Prepare project proposals, including budgets and timelines, for client review and approval
• Oversee the management of production details, including exhibit design, construction, and installation
• Ensure timely and within-budget completion of client projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in live events, exhibition management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
