We are seeking an experienced **Customer Success Executive** to join our growing team in Sheffield. This hybrid role combines office work with flexible remote days, offering a unique blend of collaboration and autonomy.
Job Description- Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring seamless access to NuBreed Hotels' products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer plans effectively, driving business growth and networking opportunities.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to showcase the EventBeds platform, leveraging commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in software or technology businesses.
- Strong commercial focus with a proven track record in managing clients, driving business growth, and networking.
- Experience in the hotel industry, events, and/or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) is highly desirable.
- Competitive base salary: £45,000 per annum.
- A substantial component derived from success-related bonuses (OTE).
