Job Description: Customer Success Expert

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Expert.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

You will also be required to conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new clients, covering platform features, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software training and implementation, specifically within a B2B/Software/SaaS/PropTech environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:
