We're a socially driven scale-up dedicated to empowering senior citizens to live with peace of mind and independence. Our innovative products and services aim to enhance safety and quality of life for seniors. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator UK to join our team.
This role involves delivering in-person training and providing empathetic support to customers across the UK. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Customer Success Executives to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our system. The ideal candidate will have experience in the care sector and a passion for improving senior care through technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing deep expertise in our system and guiding customers on best practices and optimal integration.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Team to foster delightful customer experiences.
- Utilizing CRM and service desk tools effectively for seamless communication and task management.
- Proactively contributing to broader projects and initiatives within Nobi, bringing insights from on-the-ground customer interactions to enhance our products and services.
