EMEA Regional Customer Success Strategist

Vodori is a SaaS technology company building robust, cloud-based software for life science companies. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role, such as consulting, account management or customer success. They will be responsible for driving product adoption and creating success plans that align our solutions with the customer's business goals.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the EMEA region, ensuring they are getting the most value from our solutions. They will develop and execute success plans with clear metrics to track customer progress and ROI.
We offer an attractive Total Rewards package, including a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a company bonus scheme or commission plan, stock options, pension scheme with company contributions, flexible and remote working options, unlimited holiday, employee recognition programs, and more.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular metrics reviews with customers to assess product adoption and ensure alignment with business goals
- Proactively identifying growth and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value
- Monitoring customer health metrics and driving engagement strategies to prevent churn
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues
- Providing customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product development
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, tracking key account metrics and action plans
