Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our ISA product line clients through close collaboration with our teams and clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

  • Providing reliable support and exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements.
  • Maintaining knowledge of clients' businesses and managing backlogs to meet timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Summarizing client meetings and following up on required actions for accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to prepare and align on client needs during client review meetings.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • A strong customer service ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player skills with strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and flexible mindset (with potential travel).
  • Good numeracy skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum along with a range of benefits including private medical insurance, health cash plan, dental insurance, eye care vouchers, flu vaccinations, life assurance, critical illness cover, pension plan, long service awards, payroll giving, and fleet car provider.
