About the RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Ernest Gordon Recruitment, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and exceeding targets. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to our overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and networking
- Monitor and manage pipelines, tracking leads and maintaining accurate records
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong academic background, preferably in a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, result-driven attitude with a passion for sales and business development
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 rising to £30,000 plus commission, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, free trips abroad, and rapid progression opportunities.
