Business Development Executive

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with businesses that are looking to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify opportunities to build revenue and maximise client portfolio
- Work closely with clients to understand their short and long-term skill needs
- Develop multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Experienced in sales, business development, and account management
- Results-driven and able to meet targets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

Location:
This role is based in Exeter and requires regular travel to meet with clients.
