Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Identify Solutions. Our company specializes in high-resolution imaging technology for automated vehicle inspection systems.
Our innovative solutions help industries like automotive manufacturing, logistics, rental, and remarketing manage vehicle handovers, damage detection, and liability tracking.
Leveraging our global partnerships with major players such as Jaguar, Toyota, and BMW, we have captured over 100 million image sets.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the Sales department, consisting of three experienced professionals.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, enhance customer interactions, and drive business growth.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Pipeline Development: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients and prospect new OEMs to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Pricing Strategy: Establish a value-based pricing model that aligns with our product capabilities and company objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts that meet our customers' needs while driving revenue growth.
- Customer Support: Implement a comprehensive customer support program with measurable KPIs and regular reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience selling hardware and software solutions, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations. Prior experience in selling to Tier 1 Enterprise businesses is highly desirable.
