The Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- Contribute to EHCPs for pupils and monitor progress.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Your Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS and has experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting.
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Has experience working with EHCPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
