Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting.
- Has a proven track record of delivering exceptional education to children with SEND.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
