Specialist SEND Teacher Opportunity

In a specialist school in Sefton, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our expert team. As a passionate advocate for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
This is a challenging yet fulfilling role where you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in an SEN or specialist setting. They will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the education and well-being of children with SEND.

About the Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- Implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
