About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
  • Implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
