SEND Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our expert team at Desian Recruitment Ltd. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a specialist school for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, promoting inclusive education, and providing individualized support to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach SEND students in a supportive and inclusive environment
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote inclusive practices
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
