The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with SEND, using evidence-based practices to enhance their learning and participation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans, incorporating strategies to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive lesson plans and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and support activities.

A competitive salary of £37,500 - £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
