Job Description
CV-Library is a leading Managed Services Provider seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Technician to work in client offices located in Bristol. As part of a dedicated team, you'll provide technical assistance to approximately 1000-1250 users, covering cutting-edge hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies.

The Job Requirements
* Troubleshoot Desktops/Laptops, telephony, network, and printing errors
* Investigate software issues
* Perform daily checks
* Respond to incidents and requests via a modern IT Support System

About the Ideal Candidate
* Self-motivated, conscientious, methodical, and organized
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to liaise with clients at all business levels
* Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role

Technical Requirements
* Windows 10
* MS Server 2012/2019
* MS Office 365
* Active Directory & Group Policy administration
* IP networking & telephony, DNS, DHCP
* Server, network, and desktop hardware

* SCCM
* Mobile device support
* Sophos AV
* Arcserve Backup Solutions
* Intune
