We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team at Nine Twenty Recruitment. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and develop new opportunities in the Glasgow area.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or account management within the telecom industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and increased revenue through upselling.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized telecom solutions, demonstrating how our services can solve business challenges.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market demands to adjust business development strategies.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns, and coordinate with Technical and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM regularly to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecom industry or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom solutions, such as cloud-based telephony, unified communications, and network connectivity.
  • Skills:
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and adept at handling negotiations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Ability: Capable of analysing client needs, understanding market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
