- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies addressing clients' business challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging business practices to inform client strategies and firm offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring and developing consulting teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
