We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to support the growth of our well-established firm in Glasgow.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified IFA to manage a full client base and develop strategies to retain existing clients and grow the business.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a client portfolio with administrative and paraplanner support.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Diploma 4 qualification with CAS status.
- Proven track record in relationship management, preferably with whole of market financial advice or provider experience.
- Strong client retention skills.
